I’d suggset Proactiv.
Neutrogena Clean & Clear Products.Seriously, you can find hundreds of stuff at any pharmacy store.

My son is 13 and he is just starting with that problem. I got him some benziol peroxide pads (Oxy10) to cleanse his face with. Boys don’t like to take alot of time washing their faces, so I thought this might be a good choice for him. You just peel off a pad and swipe it on your face and you’re done. It has worked, so far.
If the problem gets worse, I would recommend Proactiv. I have had great results from using it on myself.
basic cleansing will help – Cetaphil is very gentle
I would also see a dermatologist to prevent scarring
take him to a dermat..
