Let me suggest a few things:
1) clean your skin at night before bed and when you wake up
2) drink the reccommended amount of water
3) stay away from ciggies
4) eat a well balanced diet
and if you still have problems seek out medical help.
Looks like you need a crash course in the anatomy of acne and how to prevent/cure it. Go to this site…completely informative and has a couple sources. I’ve learned these things and lived by them, it works.
