antibiotics making tongue white and peel?

I’ve been on antibiotics for acne and this is my 3rd day of treatement. On the first day my tongue turned white and now it is peeling and burns a fair bit to eat. I rinsed my mouth out with water and a tiny pice of stringy red from my tongue washed out :S
What is it, thrush?
Also, I was reading side effects and this is one of them but it says most side effects dissapear after a week or so, so should I leave it for a bit or go to the doc’s?
But because im going to be on these tablets for months will it keep reoccuring?
